Steven N. Niebow
Steven N. Niebow is an experienced California attorney practicing in all areas involving business and real estate law. Mr. Niebow excels at providing full-service counsel to small to mid-size businesses, entrepreneurial individuals, contractors, and developers, on a wide variety of legal issues including business transactions, general counsel, and trial court litigation.
He takes pride in being able to understand and grasp the client’s underlying business. His business experience and business education gives him a unique ability to bring additional value to the attorney-client relationship.
Mr. Niebow has traveled extensively throughout Northern and Southern California litigating business and real estate disputes from inception to trial.
Before embarking on his own law firm, Mr. Niebow worked at one of the largest law firms in the San Fernando Valley, providing litigation support for the County of Los Angeles’ MTA construction litigation. Thereafter, he spent a number of years working for a Sherman Oaks boutique business and real estate law firm providing transactional and litigation services for their clientele.
Mr. Niebow provides his clients with real life experience to enhance his legal analysis and counsel. He spent 14 years in business working for one of the largest national grocery chains, including work as a systems training manager, prior to beginning his career as a business and real estate attorney.
Mr. Niebow graduated from UCLA with Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (1984), California State University at Northridge, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (1989), and Whittier College School of Law with a Juris Doctor (1995).
Mr. Niebow is admitted in all the Courts in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
